In line with its strategic collaboration and partnership drive, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on Thursday collaborated with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to sensitise the staff of the telecoms regulatory agency on proper use of roads.
The FRSC five-man delegation was led by Adejumobi Olatunde, Unit Commander, FRSC Central Business District, Abuja, who sensitised the NCC’s staff including drivers on different areas bordering on road usage and safety.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has reassured the over 174 million telecoms consumers of their protection from suffering any service disruption as a result of the ongoing regulatory intervention towards resolving the rising interconnectivity debts among telecoms operators in Nigeria.
The Commission also called on debtor operators to settle interconnect debts owed their creditor networks without further delay to prevent possible revenue drop and customer flight from their networks to competitors.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has again warned dealers of mobile and other Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices and telecoms consumers against compromising with the standards set by the Commission with regards to type-approval processes.
The Ibadan Zonal Controller of NCC, Yomi Arowosafe, gave the charge during a sensitisation workshop on “Effect of non-type approved handsets on QoS and E-waste” held in Osun State recently.

For the umpteenth time, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has warned Nigerians against the use of Internet to engage in activities that qualify for cybercrime, hate speech and fake news.
In a keynote address with the theme : "The Internet We Want and the Role of the Regulator”, at a social media summit in Kano yesterday, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Commission, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, said the Internet is a powerful tool for citizen engagement for any nation towards achieving greater socio-political and economic posterity in a country.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has been commended for its efforts in protecting the rights, interests and privileges of telecom consumers in the country.
Yahaya Garba, Commissioner for Federal Capital Territory of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC), gave the commendation when he led a delegation of PCC to NCC’s headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday.
